2013 is here and many decisions and actions we take in the next few days will be a precursor to how this year is going to unfold.

I will choose to be helpful, gentle, and kind with my words intentionally.

I also suggest for all of us not to take anyone for granted. We focus so much on the perfect relationship with our boyfriend or the future one, we forget about our friends who have stayed with us during our sad moments in our life.

Choose this year to pay it forward and do a kind act for someone without expecting anything in return.

We are never promised tomorrow and today I want to say, “I love you!”
