Change can be good. Some people want to eat healthier, stop drinking or smoking, or exercising more. Whatever it is then you should go for it. Change will only happen with self discipline and control.
But what do you do if you are trying to better yourself but your partner is not willing to change?
Your significant others may be questioning the whole thing and if they are not will to support you, then it’s time to kick them to the curb.
If it’s your spouse, you need to do some major talking. Marriage takes work and commitment and he or she needs to be by your side.
It will be difficult, but in the end you have to do what makes you happy. You know what needs to be done and therefore stick to your guns and fight for you!
