People are always in need of something. Sometimes they’re friends, enemies, or strangers. Some people might be grateful and appreciative, but others just expect it and maybe don’t appreciate the gesture. Sometimes it’s hard to not receive anything back whether it be a physical gift or just a “thank you”.

Give without expecting back. Understand that the mere act of giving can bring such joy to yourself. Generosity is an invaluable quality. There are many different types of personalities but when you learn this quality, it will bring much fulfillment to your life.

Give to the needy, spend time with your loved ones, and lend a helping hand to your enemy.

Proverbs 25:21

If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat;

if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.
